    Sarah!

Oh my gosh, I love your website. It’s been a long time since we have run in to each other… I hope everything is going well with you!

I am very interested about learning more about healthy foods. I have to say, I am really bad at making good health decisions but it is something that I am passionate about changing and learning more about!! I also heard from JP that there was a week cleanse you could do? I was wondering if you had more information on that? Anyway, hope all is well with you!! I think it’s great that you are really passionate about nutrition and helping other people make healthy choices! I plan to stay tuned… good luck!

    Best,

    Katie Norris

    • Katie! So good to hear from you. I’m glad found my beginning pieces of the blog :) The 7 Day Spring cleanse is starting today- 6:30pm to 7pm if you by chance are able to get to Bellevue tonight. If not, we can get you set up sometime this week. It’s a great thing to jumpstart yourself and practice eating really clean and well for a week, while helping your colon and liver at the same time. The onvo website is a great source of information too, @onvo.com. Email me if you have more questions about it: sarah@onvo.com.
