Buy a package of time (2-5 hours) and create a personal program that works for your lifestyle. No matter the goal- weight loss, more energy, better sleep, or just getting healthier- Sarah can help you get there. You choose how you split up your time- meet every week for 15 min, every other week, or once a month, depending on your goals. Great for anyone looking to get healthier- kids and teens included. 28 Day Program:

Do the program that changed Sarah’s own life through onvo whole body health. A 28 Day food education series and nutrition bootcamp that will change your life and how you think about food forever! Grocery Shopping:

Spend an hour with Sarah at Whole Foods or PCC, and learn more than you ever thought possible! For the food shopping novices and old pro’s alike, Sarah will come prepared with a plethora of quick, easy and healthy meal ideas for the single person, couples, or entire families. You will learn which brands are good ones to look for, as well as new products, ideas, or areas of the store to check out to keep you healthy all year long. She can also teach you how to keep your costs down while still enjoying healthy, fresh foods. The trip can be focused on whatever topics or foods are relative to you. You will never shop the same!

Basic Healthy Cooking Sessions:

A great option for those new to the kitchen or preparing meals, Sarah will come to your house and teach you 3 easy make, go-to meals. Learn some tricks and get all your questions answered about ingredients, preparation, and how to make the kitchen fun again! Sarah’s mantra is 5 ingredients or less make the best dishes, so let her simplify your life in a healthy way. This can be combined with a shopping trip for a special rate.

Pantry Checks:

Let Sarah give your pantry a healthy makeover. Learn which staples are great to keep around and those that should leave, as well as the healthiest flours, sweeteners, oils, condiments and snacks for your household.

Family/Kid Visits at Home or a customized Healthy Kids Challenge:

Are you tired of nagging your kids to eat and be healthier? Worried that your kids are heading down the wrong path with their health, or want them to learn about what things to look for in their food and snacks? Have Sarah come to your house, teach your kids about healthy eating in a fun way, with kid-friendly recipes and fun in the kitchen.
